Our boutique provides a complete line of accessories such as bustiers, petticoats, foundations, veils, tiaras, special occasion jewelry, invitations, reception and ceremony supplies. All of these items are discounted and many are about half what you will pay at most locations.

We sell only first quality, new wedding gowns, bridesmaid and prom dresses from nationally advertised bridal and prom designers.   We will order the  gown of your choice specifically for you at significant savings.  All we need is the manufacturer’s name and style number to give you a price quote.  We also carry some discontinued and pre-owned gowns and dresses from designers such as MoriLee, Alfred Angelo, Maggie Sottero, Flirt, Cassandra Stone, Alexia, Forever Yours and Alyce, just to name a few, at exceptionally low prices.  Remember to plan early.  Most designer gowns will take 5 to 9 months for delivery

Formal Affairs and Weddings was a brainstorm when planning my youngest daughter's wedding.   While thoroughly enjoying the planning, shopping, and execution of the "big day", I  found myself surprised, disappointed and somewhat frustrated by outrageous prices and the unprofessional attitudes of many bridal personnel.  I had been in the accounting industry most of my adult life, but had always dreamed of having my own business where I could treat people as I wanted to be treated.  With a 25+ year history in fashion and design, Formal Affairs and Weddings was the perfect solution.  Originally we offered custom gowns and alterations with a few accessories.  Over our years in business, we have added more items to our ever growing inventory and a wider variety of suppliers.  Our suppliers are chosen carefully to ensure value, quality and timeliness.  With our extremely low overhead I am able to offer gowns, accessories and services at considerable savings to you.  Advice, suggestions and amusing incidents are provided at no additional cost :).
